Job Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position for Senior Baker
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar position for Baker
- Has solid experience in pastry kitchen production and baking process
- Knowledge of product and material inventory system
- Excellent organization and time management skill
- Good hygiene and good personal attitude are critical
- Excellent attention to detail, independent, proactive, efficient
- Good communication, interpersonal skill and energetic team player
- Fast learner and confident
- Willing & able to learn and work in a team
Job Descriptions:
- Bertanggung jawab memastikan kualitas produk dan mengendalikan waste
- Menerapkan standar keamanan dan kebersihan makanan (food safety & hygiene)
- Melakukan stock control terkait bahan baku untuk memastikan item yang over maupun kosong
- Melakukan stock inventory di area bakery secara harian, mingguan, dan bulanan
- Melakukan pengaturan jadwal kerja & disiplin staff bakery
- Memastikan suasana kerja yang kondusif
