Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performance sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B & B2G sales strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and key accounts for penetration and growth.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge for successful B2B selling.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of products or services to clients.
- Implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of B2B sales initiatives.
- Regularly analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies for B2B products or services.
- Provide valuable insights from the field to contribute to product development and enhancement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches aimed at the B2B market.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any major (preferably majored in Law, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant major)
- Min. 5 years of experienced as leader in establishing, developing and managing B2B & B2G sales environment.
- Experienced handle team
- English skil (verbal & written) is a must
- Proven track record of achieving sales target
- Proven track record in penetrating new markets and in growing sales and market share exponentially.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
