Job Description
- Responsible for sales (Meet sales target and Grow revenue potentials)
- Have a lot of connections especially with commercial tenant (stand alone, build to suit, lease, etc)
- Develop a sales strategy that include preparation of sales plans and budget, product preference, pricing, payment systems, reward / commission for the sales /agent.
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, performance evaluations to ensure high productivity
- Coordinate sales in the process of approaching current and potential customers, in order to ensure optimal achievement of targets.
- Collect and analyze operational reports from sales & promotion activities and make recommendations for improvement when necessary
- Coordinate and evaluate brand image enhancement activities carried out through digital media placements and exhibitions.
- Create activities to build business relationships with mass media and vendors related to promotions.
