- We are a leading licensing company of different cartoon characters in the region. We have an opening for the post of Sales in our Indonesia office.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing, Business, Advertising or other relevant fields.
- GPA Minimum 3.00 from reputable University
- Sales and Marketingwork experience a minimum of 2 (Two) years.
- Familiar with MS Office Program
- Good interpersonal, coordination and reporting skills
- Discipline, proactive, strong commitment, good integrity, good behavior, well organized, quick learner, good teamwork, take initiative good communication skill & open minded
- Must be aggressive, analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work under pressure,sales target and deadlineoriented
- Attention to detailand ability to multi-tasks is an asset.
- Fluently verbal English both speaking and writing
- Willing to travel overseas
Job Descriptions:
- Management of existing and and new clients following with Licensor’s policies, procedures and guidelines and supporting licensees in fulfilling obligations and maximizing performance.
- Develop expertise in relevant areas required to maximize performance combined with building brandsand sustainable business
- Perform functions in such a way as to build and maintain credibility and awareness to its clientsand brands.
- Perform all sales planning& reporting functionsinclusive of pipelinebuilding, gap analysis,forecasting and re-forecasting as requried by management.
- Produce market/brand/category reportsevaluating sales environment and prospects & projection relatedto existing or new businesses, evaluation of new opportunities and/or brand extensions.
- Reports directly to Head of Sales on all key initiatives, reporting requirements, compliance monitoring and other core functionsas related to client management
Proposed and initiate effectivepromotional campaigns to create and sustain brand awareness and product availability thru:
- Tie-up with tri-media
- Below the line activities and special events
- Sponsorship and Corporate partnership
- Look for opportunities in relation with the businessdevelopment aspects to increase sales and profitability to the company.
- Submit weekly/monthly reportsto the Director with regard to status and updates on its sales and marketingactivities.
- Proposed detailed Marketing Services and supportfor existing client,if needed
