Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff. Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs.
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional service is provided to all guests. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly.
Financial Management:
Monitor and manage budgets, payroll, and inventory. Analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Operations Oversight:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies. Oversee kitchen and dining room operations.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special events and menu items. Engage with the community to build brand awareness.
Menu Development:
Work with chefs to create and update the menu, ensuring it meets customer preferences and food trends.
Supplies Management:
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit reports on sales, labor costs, and other key performance indicators to upper management.
