Key Responsibility(s):
- Implement and maintenance an efficient filing system
- Assist with document retrieval and storage
- Do research and development related to operations
- Providing data and document related to operations
- Coordinate and maintenance with all Agency
- Manage and maintain all system in collection
- Daily, weekly & monthly report collection activities
Qualification(s):
- Minimum at Diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to speak English and experience in Fintech company is a plus
