Job Description
- Join our team at The Seven Holiday as a Reservations Specialist in our Kuta office as a vital member of our reservations team, you’ll work closely with the head of reservations to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include accurately handling data entry, managing and organizing essential documentation, booking with vendors, and assisting with inquiries from our sales team.
Requirements:
- – Bali based only
- – Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in reservations or a similar field.
- – Proficiency in Google Docs and data entry.
- – Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- – Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- – Excellent communication skills, particularly in coordinating with outside vendors.
- – Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- – Right to work in Indonesia (e-KTP)
