Position Overview:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Research Support Assistant to join our team. This role will involve supporting various research activities, assisting with raw material testing, managing customer complaints, and helping to create samples for our projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Support research activities by assisting with data collection and analysis.
- Assist in testing and evaluating raw materials for quality and performance.
- Help manage customer complaints by gathering relevant information and providing support.
- Assist in the preparation and creation of product samples for testing and demonstration.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or coursework in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry preferred.
- Having at least 1 year of experience in research on solvent-based products
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
