- We are a rapidly growing manufacturing company based in Bali, seeking a talented and experienced R&D Product Development Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for developing new products from concept to launch, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate new product development projects.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and quality teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Oversee product testing and ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
- Manage project timelines and ensure all milestones are met on time.
- Prepare technical documentation and product development reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D and product development, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Deep knowledge of production processes and manufacturing technology.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
