Job Description
Required skills and Qualifications:
- Min. of 5 years’ experience as a QS/ Estimator or relevant position. Good addition if you are experienced in building interior/ furniture works
- Able to read working plans and develop cost estimates
- Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Familiarity with project management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Skillset to develop and foster relationships with clients, suppliers, and customers
Job Descriptions:
- Analyze plans, bills of quantities, and other project documentation to estimate costs and forward them to the financial party
- Conduct periodic market research and analyze the selling price of the materials
- Negotiate with clients, customers, and suppliers to maximize the ROI of the company
- Analyze new products and facilitate their introduction to the market
- Conduct and identify prospective business opportunities Ensure maximum service during the purchase order receiving, management, delivery, and installation processes. Coordinate internally to handle orders, complaints, and delivery effectively.
Placement:
Teluk Naga, Tangerang. Preferably from Property Developer/construction or Consultant QS. Proficient in Autocad, SketchUp, 3DMax, 3D Illustrator
- Pengalaman di kontraktor dan developer township BSD, Summarecon, Alam Sutera, Ciputra, Keppel Land.
- Mahir khususnya di bidang rumah tapak dan bangunan gedung, dan M/E, dengan nilai tambah utk bidang infrastruktur.
