Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineer or equivalent, preferably in Management Construction major
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
- Have excellent communication and scheduling skills
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Project Coordinator or similar position.
- Familiar with the requirements and procedures for preparing tendering proposals/documents to attend bidding projects in Indonesia.
- Able to investigate and report engineering matters and progress.
- Familiar with project software and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Having experience in Hydro Power/Other Power Plant Projects will be an advantage.
- Ready to work with a tight deadline
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project planning
- Compile all information related to an upcoming project
- Prepare document for bidding and/or tender
- Involve in bidding and/or tender activity
- Prepare and review the contract and project insurance
- Prepare and manage the sub-contractor administration
- Involve in engineer recruitment plan and related administration.
- Project supervision
- Monitor and create reports of all project budgets and operational monthly expense
- Prepare a database of payment and income schedule
- Monitor and compile report of current project implementation
- Prepare and check the site Job Log
- Handle and report site employee’s issues and related administration
- IT Support
- Supporting System and Network maintenance
