Job Description
- Wood School Bali is seeking an innovative and passionate Project-Based Learning Specialist Teacher to join our growing team. We believe in the holistic development of our students, fostering critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity through experiential learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver project-based learning experiences that engage students in real-world, hands-on projects.
- Integrate Neo-Humanism values, such as respect for all living beings and ecological sustainability, into every aspect of learning.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to create interdisciplinary projects that foster creativity and critical thinking.
- Encourage student agency and autonomy by guiding them through inquiry-based learning processes.
- Assess student learning through reflective practices and qualitative feedback.
- Maintain a student-centered classroom environment that promotes empathy, inclusivity, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in project-based learning, inquiry-based learning, or other experiential education models.
- A deep understanding of Neo-Humanism values and the ability to integrate these into teaching.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and assess project-based learning activities that inspire creativity and critical thinking.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and promotes holistic growth.
