Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to meet production targets
- Schedule and assign work to production workers based on production needs and available resources
- Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety
- Train and develop production workers to ensure their performance meets standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for production processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 1 years of experience in a production supervisor role, 3 years of experience as a production manager role in textile industry, and 5 year experiences in a production general manager role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
