Qualification:
- Set up production plan(weekly/daily/priority)
- Adjust plan with PF and parts delivery
- Production progress control
- Occasional part order (if necessary)
- Control Tower for new model and BOM
Scope of responsibilities/job desc:
- 1.Issue working shift operation and OT plan
- 2.Refrigerant control (Monitoring stock and delivery to support prod plan)
- 3.Create Serial no.for product
- 4.Issue monthly plan and result
- 5.Rework plan control end-to-end
- 6.Factory master plan and revise budget plan
- 7.Analyse problems in case material not enough for production and occasional order (if necessary).
- 8.Route change of material control for master data
- 9.Communicate with RnD/All concerned dept related to BOM/Drawing change for data maintenance
Skill:
- Production Planning & Inventory Control
- Proficient in using SAP PP/MM Module
- Able to use Excel macro is plus point
- Create forecast, Master plan and Controlling production result
- Strong in data analysis and can produce a report
- Proactive, initiative and maintain relationship with other dept
