Qualification:
- Graduate min. from D3 in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
Have min 3 years of experience in machine maintenance processes such as:
JSW, TOSHIBA, NISSEI, KOMATSU, AIDA, or HIKADA
- Knowlegde setting parameters machine
- Knowlegde the setting / teaching of handling robots (Yushin, Harmo, Yaskawa, Fanuc)
- Knowlegde of PLC programming (Keyence, Mitsubishi, Omron)
- Disciplined and responsible.
- Can work in a team or individually.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
Job Description:
- Carrying out preventive and corective maintenance for plastic injection molding / stamping press machine / painting machine (dip coating & powder coating) & equipment.
- Make document daily check machine, preventive check machine, report trial new equipment (machine & tooling) etc.
- Make improvements in the maintenance process.
- Have knowledge related to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Ensure machines and equipment are always in prime condition and ready to be used for production.
