Job Description:
- TwinkleStarsEEC Jakarta, a renowned preschool established in 1998 with two locations in Cilandak and Kebun Jeruk, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing young minds and fostering a love of learning.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for children.
- Observe and assess children’s progress and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s progress.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide a comprehensive educational experience.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, English Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with young children in a preschool setting.
- Excellent English-speaking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to child development.
