Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and evaluate maintenance programs for all heavy equipment units, operational vehicles and other support units at the Plant; including Fixed Plants.
- Ensure that all mechanics and related teams at the Plant carry out work in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Developing technical competencies required by all mechanics and related teams at the Plant.
Requirement:
- Minimum education D3 majoring in mechanical engineering or other relevant major.
- Minimum 3 years work experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
- Minimum 6 years work experience as a Plant supervisor.
- Have a minimum POP certification.
