  • Administrative Support
  • Manage the CEO/Owner calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Screening all telephone calls, letters and visitors, calendar and arrange all internal & external meeting scheduling, raising it to the CEO’s/Owner’s attention according to priorities.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items (if needed).
  • Communication & Liaison
  • Communicate effectively on behalf of the employer with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with other household staff, service providers, and vendors as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Personal Errands/Matters
  • Assist the CEO/Owner with personal matters/errands, such as managing house maintenance, asset /residence(s) management, supplies shopping, overseeing household needs and other related tasks.
  • Others
  • Assist the CEO’s/Owner’s with professional social media accounts and prepare content for publication (if needed)
  • Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
  • Other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum D3/S1 Secretary, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years experience as a Personal Assistant  or similar position.
  • Having experience assisting/managing user’s personal matters/errands (e.g. house maintenance, supplies shopping, residence management, etc.)
  • Familiar with office tools such as; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, Google Workspace, and Social Media.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and Dynamic Person.
  • Strong organizational, administration, time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalL
  • Foreign language skills (such as English) are a plus.
  • Can drive a car and have SIM A is a plus.
