Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 1. Punctually preparing and submitting regular ORM reports required by Financial Service Authority and/or Bank Indonesia (e.g. Quarterly Risk Profile Report)
- 2. Reviewing the policies and/or SOP in term of operational risk and internal control adequacy prior to issuance
- 3. Carrying out any other relevant projects or tasks assigned by superiors
- 4. Implementing operational risk management policies and procedures as well as tools (RACA, KRI and LDC) and information system in accordance with the prevailing external regulations and internal policies and procedures.
- 5. Facilitating the Business Continuity Management through the implementation of Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Plan (BCP), as well as the drill test of the Branch’s all departments/units/sub-branches.
- 6. Handle responsibilities related to ORM tools, BCP, Anti-Fraud and so on
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1. Bachelor Degree or above in Finance/Banking/Accounting field
- 2. Have minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role
- 3. Self-driven, teamwork, able to work under tight deadline.
- 4. Experience in handling Business Continuity Management and conduct Business Continuity Drills, Quality Assurance as well as Internal Control related to Operational Risk.
