Job Description
- Procurement MRO Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies and spare parts to support manufacturing operations. This role requires a strategic approach to sourcing, cost management, and supplier relationship management to ensure uninterrupted production processes.
Job Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from business, supply chain management, engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within a manufacturing or automotive environment
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English
- Have experience to handle breakdown cost for import purchase, custom item (fabrication, construction,etc)
- Good product distributor knowledge
- Strong understanding of MRO product and sourcing strategies
- Able to join 1st November 2024
- Wiling to interview and work at Karawang
- Age below 30
Job Description:
- Analyze breakdown costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction in import and local purchases.
- Manage the procurement process for MRO supplies, including spare parts and consumables
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and forecast demand.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure competitive rates and favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations regarding procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance
