- They understand legalities surrounding property acquisition, development, and sales. This includes zoning regulations, building codes, environmental laws, and contracts.
Property law:
They are familiar with land ownership, leases, easements, and other property rights.
Responsibility:
- Manage complex legal issues related to property development projects.
- Review and draft contracts, such as purchase agreements, construction contracts, and financing agreements.
- Conduct due diligence on properties to ensure compliance with regulations and identify potential risks.
