Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience:
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role.
3. Skills:
- o Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. o Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools.
- o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- o Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- o Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- o Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. o Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
4. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Kotlin, Objective C, Swift) and SQL.
- Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).

- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are met for our products and services.
- This role involves developing and implementing testing procedures, identifying and resolving quality issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance our overall product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Strategy:
- o Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product specifications and requirements.
- o Define and implement testing strategies that cover functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
2. Manual and Automated Testing:
- o Conduct thorough manual testing of applications and systems to identify defects and ensure product functionality.
- o Utilize automated testing tools to execute test scripts and enhance testing efficiency.
3. Bug Identification and Tracking:
- o Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and issues using bug tracking software.
- o Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and resolve identified issues in a timely
- manner.
- o Retest resolved issues to ensure proper fixes and prevent regressions.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and customer support, to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
- o Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and adherence to best practices.
- o Communicate test results, defect statuses, and quality metrics to stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- o Analyze test results to identify trends and patterns that indicate potential areas for
- improvement.
- o Provide actionable recommendations to enhance product quality and optimize testing
- processes.
- o Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the QA
- function.
