- Role Description
- This is a contract role for an Information Technology Business Partner located on-site in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The IT Business Partner will be responsible for overseeing IT strategy, analyzing business processes, and utilizing analytical skills to improve IT processes and systems on a day-to-day basis.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Have 2-3 years of experience in same field
- Experienced in Information Technology and IT strategy
- Strong understanding of Business Process improvement
- Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications in IT project management or business analysis are plus
- Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand the business strategy and objectives
- Identify opportunities where IT can provide competitive advantages or effiiciencies.
- Translate user requirements into functional solution design and proper functional handover to developer or vendor.
- Create a BRD (Business Requirement Document) ensure in line with user needs.
- Drive solution analysis, and testing conducted requirement gathering.
- Analyse and solution design, prototyping, drive and execute project implementation.
- Monitoring User Accept Test (UAT) and coordinate test activities to ensure solutions are delivered based on business requirement and solution design.
- Monitoring systems/applications to ensure work progress in accordance with BRD (Business Requirement Document) and the time specified.
