- Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Has experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Googles Sheet (Vlookup, Pivot, Hlookup).
- Familiarity with shipping processes, warehouse management, and logistics operations.
- Has the ability of basic english communication.
- Willing to do full WFO from Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan.
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage data for inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Request products from the warehouse based on stock levels and sales needs.
- Oversee the packing process for Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) to meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with Business Development (BD) and Marketing teams regarding stock availability and shipment planning.
- Coordinate with shipping agents to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
