- Leadership role responsible for overall Hygiene assurance at site
- Ensure premises, facility, equipment and production operational comply with hygiene requirements
- Ensure that the product, water system, environment and sanitization testing comply with legal micro limits
- Support on Internal Audit (GMP), and External Audit related to the Evaluation of Supplier (ISO, HALAL, BPOM, etc.) and GMP inspection implemented on plant
- Testing process to ensure all new machine comply with hygienic design requirements
