- Ensure the HRGA functions and systems run smoothly to support operational activities.
- Execute HRGA strategies by coordinating with the HRSBP.
- Create a comfortable, conducive, and supportive work environment for all employees.
- Implement employee development programs in coordination with the HRSBP.
- Ensure all company policies are followed by all employees.
- Ensure that improvement and innovation initiatives are carried out continuously.
- Manage and oversee the HRGA budget approved by management.
- Be responsible for the safety of all HRGA members and activities.
- Manage all facilities on site (Mess & office).
Qualification:
- Minimal having bachelor degree in Law, Psychology, Management, or Engineering.
- Have integrity, credibility, positive attitude, and leadership
- Have experience managing & administration the HRGA system at the site
- Have experience creating and managing budgets
- Have experience managing site facilities
- Have basic POP/POM education
- Willing to be based in the Site (Sumatera)
