Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law/Psychology/Management/other related major.
- Have minimum 2 years experience as a leader or in similar field.
- Have knowledge about all HR processes and rules.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skill.
- HR certification as professional HR would be an advantage.
- Proficient using Ms. Office (Excel, PPT, Word).

- Control recruitment & man power planning management.
- Create HR project & development analysis.
- Manage promotion & rotation system.
- Manage HR procedure & management method.
- Analyze and control the effectiveness of organizational needs and development.
