- Minimum Experience 2 years in the field of recruitment in Heavy Equipment company proven with document
- Understand manpower regulations, recruitment, training & development
- Excellent in communication, high integrity, aware and commit to tasks, willingness to learn and have growth mindset
- Able to work immediately

Job Description:
- Executing recruitment process (attracting candidates, screening, test / psycho test / assessment, interview) to fulfil manpower needs
- Create a letter for office administration (employment contract, warning letter, exit document, promotion, mutation, etc)
- Monitoring document licensing and non-licensing
- Complete the Legal document requested from user
- Manage administration and documentation related to HRGA
- Representing the company in litigation cases
