- RESPONSIBILITEIS
- Able to create interactive and attractive creative designs for the needs of both offline and online media, that are suitable with the company’s brand positioning and its target audience.
- Together with the Digital Marketing team, complete mood boards for Social Media posts at least 2 weeks in advance for management’s review.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team members for Daily Post on approved designs to be posted on social media accounts (including IG & FB Stories) according to a predetermined schedule.
- Support all online and offline artworks, catalogs, documentations and other marketing activities.
- Up to date with current designs and trends.
- Able to complete tasks given within the specified time frame.
- Be professional (do not receive compensation from customers/suppliers, do not carry out “moonlighting” outside of work).
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Diploma / S1 majoring in design / multimedia / art.
- Have high creativity, cheerful and can bring positive energy to the team.
- Eager to learn, open to new ideas and has a growth mindset.
- Have a good understanding of design composition in terms of shape, color combinations, text, and general layout.
- Photography and/or Videography skills is a plus.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Have good English skills.
- Attention to details.
- Mastering Adobe Photoshop and/or Premier and Illustrator.
- Accustomed to working based on targets and deadlines.
