Job Description

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital (social media, email, SEO, PPC), print (brochures, flyers), and experiential ( any events, open houses).
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, writers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources to achieve the desired impact.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand standards.
  • Develop a long-term brand strategy that aligns with the school’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Create and maintain a brand positioning statement that differentiates the school from its competitors.
  • Identify key brand messages and ensure they are consistently communicated across all channels.
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines to maintain brand integrity.
  • Ensure all communications and marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and deliver a consistent message.
  • Conduct regular brand audits to assess the effectiveness of branding efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to staff and faculty on brand standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of prospective students and their families.
  • Analyze competitive schools to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Use insights from market research to inform brand strategy and marketing campaigns.

Media Management:

  • Develop and execute media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop a content calendar that supports the brand strategy and marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, and social media posts.
  • Ensure the media team produces content for various platforms including the school’s website, blogs, newsletters, social media, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with teachers, students, and the community to create compelling stories and testimonials that highlight the school’s strengths and successes.
  • Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search engines.

Merchandising:

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of branded merchandise.
  • Develop merchandising strategies to support marketing campaigns and events.
  • Manage inventory and logistics for promotional products.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of merchandising efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

Event Management:

  • Plan, organized, and promoted school events such as open houses, information sessions, school fairs, graduations, excursions, school parties, and gatherings.
  • Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, invitations, marketing materials, and on-site management.
  • Evaluate the success of events through feedback and attendance metrics, and make recommendations for improvements.

Enrollment:

  • Create targeted marketing campaigns aimed at global markets.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to develop and implement strategies that attract and enroll new students.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted outreach campaigns aimed at prospective students.
  • Ensure that the school’s website and social media platforms provide accurate and engaging information for prospective students.
  • Attend school fairs, community events, and other outreach opportunities to promote the school’s programs and mission.

Reporting and Collaboration:

  • Provide regular reports on media, branding, and event performance to the School Director.
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build strong relationships with students, parents, alumni, and local organizations.
  • Represent the school at community events, conferences, and other public forums.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role. Experience in the education sector is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to the school’s mission.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
