- Oversee the disbursement process, ensuring timely and accurate fund transfers.
- Analyze disbursement and repayment data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for bank lenders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Prepare regular reports on funding operations, disbursement metrics, and repayment performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in funding operations, financial management, or banking.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, including disbursement and repayment mechanisms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willing to be placed at SCBD area.
