Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the event exhibition industry. Experience with large-scale exhibitions, preferably in Government sector.
- Strong understanding of event planning, production, and management processes.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the event industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Able to lead the team efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta, ready to travel for projects across Indonesia.
