Job Description
As a e-commerce specialist, you will:
- Be responsible for the end-to-end process of managing daily operations of marketplace platforms.
- Develop and execute activation plans that align with the overall brand strategy and drive sales.
- Collaborate with related teams to plan and execute pricing strategies, discounts, inventory management, and promotions to drive sales and maintain profitability.
- Prepare creative briefs for all marketplaces, including but not limited to paid campaigns, monthly promotions, social media content, and marketing materials.
- Maintain relationships with RMs to evaluate the store’s current performance, plan future strategies, inform of any updated regulations, and act as the intermediary between the marketplace and the company.
- Maintain relationships with brand principals.
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports to evaluate sales performance and work closely with the related teams on monthly marketing plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major, especially Business, Economics, or Management.
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce/digital marketing, specifically in e-commerce platform operations (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Blibli, Lazada, etc.).
- Proficient in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online marketing.
- Expertise in handling brand campaigns, including marketing, advertising, competitive strategy, consumer research, industry trends, and best practices in e-commerce platforms.
- Strong data analysis and analytical skills.
- Adaptable, with good time management and strong communication skills.
- Creative problem solver and collaborative team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both oral and written). Proficiency in Korean is a plus.
