- Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end process of managing daily operations of marketplace platforms
- Develop and execute in-store activation plans that align with overall brand strategy and drive sales
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to drive sales and maintain profitability.
- Prepare creative brief materials for all marketplaces including but not limited to paid campaigns, monthly promotions, social media contents or/and marketing materials
- Maintaining relationships with RM to evaluate store’s current performance, plan for future strategies, informing any updated regulations and be the intermediary between marketplace and the company
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for evaluating store’s performance, and work closely with marketing team for quarterly marketing plans
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- At least 1 year experience in Ecommerce/Digital/Online Marketing and skills in e-commerce platform operations (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Blibli, Lazada, etc)
- Proficient in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, and Online Marketing
- Expertise in handling brand campaign, including marketing, ads, competitive strategy, consumer research, trend industry, and best practices in e-commerce platform
- Digital Savvy, strong data & analytical skill
- Creative problem solver and good collaborator
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheets is a must
