Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, information system, or a related field.
- Has 2 years of working experience in digital marketing with proven ability to manage SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
- Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Practical experience with ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
- Proficient in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and their limitations.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement all digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Create, enhance, and sustain our social media presence.
- Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, measuring them against established goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and improve performance based on these findings.
- Generate innovative and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and assess experiments and conversion tests.
- Work with internal teams to design landing pages and enhance user experience.
- Leverage strong analytical skills to assess the overall customer experience across various channels and touchpoints.
- Set up conversion points and refine user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Assess emerging technologies and provide strategic insights for their potential adoption.
