Job Description
1. Appointment Scheduling & Reschedule:
- – Manage and schedule appointments for patients, coordinating with healthcare providers and administrative staff.
- – Confirm and remind upcoming appointments and assist with rescheduling when necessary.
- – Provide information regarding the procedures for rescheduling and canceling appointments.
- – Assist patients in the process of changing or canceling appointments in accordance with clinic policies.
2. Customer Service:
- – Maintain key customer accounts by developing relationship with them
- – Checking in and maintain relationship with patients after their consultation and treatment on their results to ensure positive patient experience
- – Respond to all patient inquiries regarding the medical services offered, clinic procedures, and general information about the clinic.
- – Provide initial support for medical complaints while adhering to clinic policies (without offering a medical diagnosis).
- – Provide patients with information about service packages, ongoing promotions, and recommend services that suit their needs.
- – Encourage patients to take advantage of available promotions and service packages.
- -Ensure to use a friendly and polite voice tone to communicate with patient
- – Address patient concerns and ensure a positive patient experience.
3. Administrative Support:
- – Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining patient records (EMR).
- – Manage messages, and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- – Handle billings, payments and signing off on procedures
4. Coordination with Healthcare Team:
- – Collaborate with customer concierge offline, and clinic manager to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal clinic operations.
- – Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to address patient needs and concerns.
