Responsibilities:
- Execute a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and values.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various CSR programs, including community outreach, employee volunteering, sustainability initiatives, and social impact projects.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, and government agencies to foster strategic partnerships and maximize the impact of CSR efforts.
- Conduct and make reports on CSR program monitoring and evaluation activities on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare/ Sociology/ Communication/ Social Science, or other relevant majors.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate social responsibility or a similar role.
- Able to work well in teams and individually.
- Have good communication skills and able to build good relationships with local communities.
