Job Description
- 1. Monitoring Contact Center operations and coordinating to maintain KPI achievement according to SLA.
- 2. Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions on customer complaints.
- 3. Coaching/training to Contact Center Agents.
- 4. Analyze and assess the performance of the Contact Center Agent.
- 5. Maintain Contact Center KPI parameters such as CSAT, AHT, FCR, so that they remain in accordance with the SLA.
- Requirement
- 1. Must Have 1 year experience as TL/QA/RTFM/Trainer/Contact Center Supervisor (Supporting staff who have experience in the Contact Center Industry at BPO are welcome to apply)
- 2. Educational Background Min D3 all literature
- 3. Active and Good communication in English
- 4. Understand the job desk according to the position applied for
- 5. Willing to place in Yogyakarta
