- 1. Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company objectives and industry competitiveness.
- 2. Oversee salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- 3. Design and manage total reward programs including salary structures, incentive plans, benefits offerings, and employee recognition programs.
- 4. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations and manage governance of compensation and benefits policies.
- 5. Collaborate with HR and other departments to effectively communicate and educate employees about compensation and benefits programs.
- 6. Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- 7. Manage the budget for compensation and benefits programs ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- 8. Lead, guide, and support the Compensation & Benefits team.
- 9. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in total reward management.
- 10. Oversee payroll processes in alignment with the company’s compensation and benefits strategy.
Requirements:
- 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- 3. Strong knowledge of total reward management, including salary structuring, benefits administration, and incentive planning.
- 4. Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
- 5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- 6. Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- 7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- 8. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- 9. In-depth understanding of local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
