Qualifications:
- At least a Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the EMS or electronic manufacturing environment
- Experience in sourcing, purchasing or procuring of Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical/Electronics components
- Strong knowledgein Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical/Electronics commodities
- Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
- Good in English both Speak & Written
Job Description:
- Source Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical/Electronics components to support new projects
- Able to perform cost analysis and select best supplier to meet the product requirement
- Responsible in managing the relationship with the suppliers for all commercial issues
- Perform cost reduction, VA/VE activities, etc. to achieve the KPls set by management such as the material cost reduction target
- To be able to implement supply management strategies and activities such as VMI, JIT, EDI capabilities, etc.
- Be the escalation point when there are deliveryissues during the MP and NPI stages
- Management of SAPdata integrity
