Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Formulate the overall strategy and annual business plan goals of the local company according to the strategic development requirements of the group, and implement them according to the formulated strategies and business goals.
- Responsible for establishing the business management system of the local company, convening and hosting major company meetings, coordinating, inspecting and supervising the work of various departments and projects
- Responsible for the daily business management of local companies and projects, leading and supervising the team to organize and implement the completion of annual business indicators, and able to handle major emergencies.
- According to the local company’s strategy and annual business plan, responsible for the preliminary market research and preparation, marketing, external publicity, event planning, execution and other related management work
- Responsible for determining the cost budget and final settlement plan according to the local company and project and preparing the annual sales revenue to report to the company chairman and the group, control operating expenses, and control the direction and progress of sales work
- With comprehensive management and organizational skills, responsible for building an efficient organizational team, doing a good job in team building and management, formulating an appropriate and operational performance appraisal system and ensuring effective implementation
- Responsible for formulating in line with the corporate culture requirements of the local company, with strong convergence, and able to meet the company’s strategic development requirements
- Responsible for the safe production of local companies and projects;
- Responsible for organizing and completing other temporary and phased work and tasks issued by the group.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university majoring in marketing, business management or related majors
- Experience as a Deputy General Manager and above executives with more than 5 years of experience in clothing industry related work
- Excellent Chinese reading and writing skills
