- Approach potential users to achieve sales and market share targets in the related channel and territory
- To build and strengthen business relationship with key food service/industrial customers to ensure distributor delivers in market sales targets
- Manage all online activities in relation to increase the traffic, customer acquisition and conversion
- Work with the Marketing team or digital agencies in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
- Ensuring online stores are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and with up to date content
- Develop Promo Calendar based on seasonal, thematic or campaign align with the company strategy
- Research on market trend concept/content and provide market intelligence on competitors’ activities
- Consistent of follow up on consumer product reviews
- Job specification
- Diploma or Degree holder in Digital Marketing or any related disciplines
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in online sales and marketing, preferably from FMCG companies
- Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media, and affiliate channels
- Displays potential for taking initiative and with good inter-personal and communication skills
- Displays basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in local language and English
- Independent, self-motivated, and determined to succeed in a challenging environment
- Willing to travel out-station and overseas whenever required
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Words and Excel
