- At least 5 years of work experience in Marketing, Building Materials, or Technical fields.
- Proven experience in Data Analysis, Market Survey, Branding, Planning and Organizing.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles & best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint, and canva.
- Excellent attention to detail & creative and innovative thinking.

Job Description:
- Analyze company product sales trends with data and dashboards provided.
- Analyze future sales, brand, and product trends in Building Material.
- Conduct market surveys related to price, quality, service, and promotions for both own products and competitor products.
- Develop effective sell-out programs and continuously measure their success or failure rates. Collaborate with sales team.
- Create activations for the brand by always measuring its success or failure rates and coordination with sales team.
- Assist purchasing in selecting specs for merchandising and activations that will be used.
- Coordinate with sales on desired activations.
- Develop attractive and effective merchandising for marketing communications.
- Assist purchasing in selecting specifications for merchandising and activations.
- Review social media and websites to ensure positive synergy between media selection and content.
- Provide product support materials for company products to departments in need like product knowledge, TSDS/ MSDS, merchandising, etc.
- Coordinate with logistics regarding stock, delivery, and storage of marketing collateral.
- Doing project improvement.
- Budgeting for all program that concepted.
