Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies that align with the company’s vision, mission, and objectives.
- Identify target markets and develop appropriate communication messages.
- Manage marketing campaigns from start to finish, including planning, execution, measurement and reporting.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure message and visual consistency in all marketing materials.
- Lead, direct, and develop the marketing communications team.
- Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Product, and Customer Service to ensure consistency of communication.
- Support internal initiatives such as internal communications, CSR, and other marketing-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and social media.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
