Job Description
- We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Brand Manager to build and strengthen our brand in a competitive market. You will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and other branding initiatives to increase brand awareness, consumer preference, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company’s vision and mission. Build a strong and consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
Marketing:
Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, both online and offline. Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI.
Market Research:
Conduct regular market analysis to understand trends, consumer behavior, and competition. Identify new growth opportunities for the brand.
Team Management:
Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve set goals.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with various departments, such as design, sales, and production, to ensure brand alignment.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the retail or jewelry industry.
Skills:
Deep understanding of branding and marketing principles. Strong data analysis skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Creativity and strategic thinking. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
Experience in managing social media and digital marketing. Understanding of the jewelry industry and market trends.
