Job Description

  • Our clients are looking for Assistant Brand Manager. The position offered is for our client in Tobacco Industry.

Job purpose:

Assist the Brand Manager in implementing the brand plan and brand strategy to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Support:

Assist in the development and implementation of brand marketing plans and strategies that enhance brand positioning and market share.

Market Research:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for brand growth.

Campaign Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, product development, and regulatory teams to ensure successful brand initiatives and compliance with industry regulations.

Budget Management:

Assist in budget planning and management for marketing initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Consumer Engagement:

Help develop and maintain consumer engagement strategies through digital marketing, social media, and promotional activities.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on brand performance, market trends, and competitive activities for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in brand management.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) marketing functions, experience in the tobacco industry is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and analytical thinking skill, and along with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Open to rotating into other marketing functions like business development and activation for career growth.
  • Male is preferred.

General information:

  • 1 team will only handle 1 brand
  • Willing to be rotated on marketing research/business development/brand activation
  • Full WFO (Monday to Friday)
