- Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic account plans to enhance business growth.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, case studies and proposals.
- Set revenue goals for the sales and marketing team.
- Assist and support sales and marketing teams in meeting business targets.
- Maintain and upgrade all customer databases.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years as Account Manager, will be more preferred for experience as Account Manager in Event Organizer, Advertising Agencies or Promotors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with external agencies and driving collaboration to achieve business objectives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent in negotiating and strong customer focus.
- Have tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion and enthusiasm.
- Will be placed in Jakarta.
