Responsibilities:
- 1. Conceptualize and create innovative packaging designs that align with our brand identity.
- 2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure design feasibility and effectiveness.
- 3. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new design technologies, including AI, to enhance quality and efficiency.
- 4. Select appropriate packaging materials and printing processes to achieve desired design outcomes.
- 5. Independently manage the post-production process of packaging design.
Requirements:
- 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging design, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- 3. Strong artistic background and sharp design thinking with unique brand insights.
- 4. Creative mindset with sensitivity to trends and a willingness to learn and apply AI technology.
- 5. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender, etc.
- 6. In-depth understanding of packaging materials and printing processes.
- 7. Cheerful personality with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
