Handling Correspondence:
Sort and distribute mail and manage outgoing deliveries.
Managing Office Supplies:
Keep track of office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Providing Administrative Support:
Assist other departments with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Visitor Management:
Ensure visitors sign in/out and adhere to company policies for security.
Customer Service:
Respond to client inquiries and provide basic information about the company and its services.
Maintaining Reception Area:
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presents a professional image.
Booking Travel/Accommodations:
Assist with arranging travel and accommodations for staff if needed.
