Job Description:
- Coordinate and oversee planning of PPIC, supervise mold change team activities accordingly with the target to reduce downtimes.
- Supervise / Support Mold Maintenance tasks to maximize the quality of running mods and products.
- Conduct mold related testing and quality inspection before deployment in production to minimize downtimes.
- Organize and maximize the effeteness of the mold storage.
- Ensure changes align with organizational targets and adhere to best practices and standards. Review and validate changes to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
- Provide trainings and support to improve overall quality of work.
- Check the availability of spare parts, tools, and equipment to minimize shortages or impacts on processes
- Perform other work as instructed by superiors that within the scope of Department.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/Polytechnic degree in a technical field.
- At least 5-8 years of working experience in a related field (Mold Setter/Mold Structure/Injection Molding).
- Expertise in mold and its functions (experience in an injection molding company is a priority).
- Ability to operate a crane and forklift.
- Fluency in English (both oral and written) is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety Work Management Systems (K3).
- Fundamental knowledge of safe work practices.
